Fellas:
1. Be like a properly run football club. Your woman should be like a top tier goalkeeper. The less clean sheets, the lesser value. You don't one who has let in a lot of balls into the net, from penalties, free kicks, throw ins, tap ins, corner kicks even offsides
2. A proper football club subjects it's potential signings to medicals before signing them. Do the same, subject her to medicals, some of them got injured playing for previous clubs
3. Be strict with your finances, don't try to compete with oil clubs, get the players you can afford. Don't go broke, trying to win or keep a woman. No woman is worth going broke for
4. Be ruthless when it concerns poor performance or bad behaviour. Bench if such happens & if they refuse to change, offload. Your woman should submit, serve & satisfy your needs & wants
5. Sign only young players (legal age), they have more to give & prove to the club. They're fit (no injuries), teachable (can adapt to your style of play), maintenable
6. Always be scouting for new players, no matter how good the current squad is. It ensures there's no complacency, as a player knows they can always be replaced if they perform poorly. As a man options are kryptonite to a woman's arrogance
7. Never take back ex players, they come back damaged & carrying a lot of baggage. Even comparing everything about your club with other clubs they had joined, even stadium sizes. Never take back an ex
Prioritize these things & you're guaranteed to be a club that not only wins but will have a lasting legacy. Learn OR perish!!!
